- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM platform configuration and implementation and Agentic AI with Custom Application Development experience.
- Proficient in developing Flow Designer workflows, Workspace features, and platform integrations for enterprise use cases.
- Working knowledge of CMDB fundamentals, including data model basics and configuration item relationships.
- Experience in building and supporting ServiceNow CSM and portal development solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
Experience
- SPM Developer (4+ years)
- Agentic AI with Custom Application Development experience
