Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement REST APIs.

- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

- Test software to ensure responsiveness, correctness and efficiency.

- Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.

- Build AI-enhanced or agent-driven backend features using tools like LangChain or CrewAI.

- Troubleshoot application-related issues and work with the infrastructure team to triage Major Incidents.

- Experience in analyzing/researching solutions and developing/implementing recommendations accordingly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- One or more years of qualified experience.

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and NodeJS is a must.

- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

- In-depth knowledge of frameworks like ExpressJS and Restify.

- Experience in building backend services for handling data at large scale is a must.





- Ability to architect high availability applications and servers on cloud adhering to best practices.

- Microservices architecture is preferable.

- Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.

- Experience writing complex SQL queries.

- In-depth knowledge of NodeJS concepts like event loop.

- Ability to perform technical deep-dives into code.

- Understanding of communication using WebSockets.

- Good understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles.

- Basic knowledge of AWS and Docker containerization is preferable.

- Experience in Python is a plus.

- Familiarity with Git.

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, assist in code reviews, and support efficient coding practices is a must.
