` Role Overview ` We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join the Global Professional Services team. The role will support customer implementation and onboarding projects by validating end-to-end e-Invoicing, ERP, file-processing, and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with business users, implementation consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure high-quality delivery from test planning through go-live and hypercare.

` Key Responsibilities ` Area

Responsibilities

Functional Testing & Validation

- Perform functional testing, SIT, regression testing, and UAT support for customer implementation projects.
- Review requirements, functional specifications, mapping documents, and process flows to prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Validate end-to-end business process coverage and ensure defects are properly documented, tracked, and retested.

E-Invoicing & ERP Testing

- Test e-Invoicing workflows across customer ERP landscapes, including invoice generation, processing, delivery, acknowledgements, and status updates.
- Validate ERP integration touchpoints involving AP, AR, tax, finance, and procurement-related business processes.
- Support country or customer-specific variations in e-Invoicing and compliance-driven scenarios.

File, SFTP & Integration Testing

- Validate inbound and outbound file processing using document files, XML, JSON, CSV, flat files, and other structured data formats.
- Test SFTP-based file transmission, file pickup, drop, retry, reconciliation, and error-handling workflows.
- Verify data mapping, transformation, status propagation, and interface behavior across source and target systems.

Test Data & Data Fix Support





- Create and maintain test data required for SIT, regression, UAT, and defect reproduction.
- Prepare positive, negative, boundary, and exception-based test data to validate business rules and integration scenarios.
- Provide guidance for data fixes, validate corrected data, and confirm downstream impact after remediation.

Log Analysis & Debugging

- Analyze application logs, integration logs, API responses, XML messages, and JSON payloads to identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot failures related to file processing, interface errors, missing data, incorrect mappings, and business rule exceptions.
- Work with development, implementation, and support teams to reproduce problems and validate fixes.

Release & Hypercare Support

- Support release validation, go-live readiness checks, defect triage, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
- Help stabilize customer implementations by reproducing incidents, validating fixes, and documenting learnings for future reuse. `Required Skills & Experience `

Must-Have Skills Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- 4+ years of QA / software testing experience.
- Hands-on e-Invoicing testing or implementation experience.
- ERP process knowledge, preferably across AP, AR, finance, tax, or procurement flows.
- Experience testing document files, SFTP workflows, API integrations, and file-based interfaces.
- Solid test data creation and data validation capability.
- Ability to read and analyze XML and JSON payloads.
- Experience with log analysis, debugging, defect triage, and root-cause investigation.




- Ability to guide data fixes and validate corrected data across integrated systems.
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience with Postman, SoapUI, API clients, or similar testing tools.
- Basic SQL or database validation experience.
- Understanding of integration platforms, middleware, or message queues.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
- Exposure to e-Invoicing platforms such as Pagero, ONESOURCE, Sovos, Vertex, or similar solutions. `Soft Skills `
