Senior Associate - College Operations Student Success at Designated Partner College IIDE Andheri Campus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless academic delivery, operational excellence, and positive student success outcomes across assigned partner colleges. This role involves independently managing college operations, academic coordination, stakeholder relationships, and student escalations while driving retention, satisfaction, and program quality. You will represent IIDE on-ground, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members to uphold high standards across academic programs and partner institutions.

Job Details

- Work Timings: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible shift when working from Andheri)

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays working)

- Work Mode: 100% In office

- Location: Designated Partner College IIDE Andheri Campus
