We are looking for a Performance Reporting professional to support fund performance reporting, portfolio analysis and investor-facing presentations. The role involves analysing performance and attribution data, validating portfolio information and ensuring accurate, high-quality reporting materials.

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Chennai / Gurugram

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and update monthly and quarterly fund performance and investor reporting materials.
2. Analyse portfolio performance, risk metrics, allocation changes and other quantitative data.
3. Conduct performance attribution analysis and assess the impact of market movements on fund returns.
4. Validate portfolio data, identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy and quality of reporting.
5. Manage stakeholder communication, client requirements and overall project delivery while driving process improvements.

Requirements:

1. MBA (Finance), CA or CFA qualification.
2. Relevant experience in investment performance, performance reporting or portfolio analysis.
3. Strong understanding of performance attribution, fund performance and financial markets.
4. Strong Excel and analytical skills with an eye for data accuracy and discrepancies.
5. Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
