Job Profile:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage our accounting team, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting skills, a sharp eye for compliance, and a strategic mindset to support our company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ledger & Transaction Management: Review the daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, and payments) and general ledgers entered by accounting staff
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Review & process vendor invoices, manage client billings, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
3. Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
4. Tax & Compliance: Assist in tracking tax liabilities (such as GST, VAT, or corporate taxes)



and compile documentation required for internal and external audits
5. Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring exact balance sheets and profit/loss statements
6. Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and direct day-to-day work for accounting staff handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll.
7. Compliance & Audits: Maintain internal controls and act as the primary point of contact for external statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory filings

Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Partner with executive leadership to formulate yearly financial budgets, map forecasts, and monitor cost-efficiency. Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
