We are looking for a compassionate and committed Speech Therapist to join our CIP (Child Intervention Program) team at NHCDC. The role involves providing high-quality intervention services to children with special needs, while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Activities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and submit on weekly basis.
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children as per goals outlined by the Developmental Pediatrician and the child’s intervention plan.
- Maintain and complete daily log sheets.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Clinical and Non-Clinical SOPs without deviation.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy
- Diploma in Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT)




- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Robust communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical and child-centered practice

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with children with developmental delays or communication disorders
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary intervention approaches
