If so, you may be a good fit for Pragyaa's Growth team. A Proposal Creator works as a core member of the pursuit team in support of priority pursuit opportunities with Pragyaa's clients.

The role focuses on writing compelling proposals with an original, persuasive voice, contributing to strategic messaging and client positioning, and editing proposal content from multiple sources. Depending on the pursuit, the role may also involve coordination aspects of proposal and presentation development. Work you'll do

As a Proposal Creator, you'll use your skills and experience to:

- Develop, organize, and manage content for proposal documents and related collateral; manage the contribution process; maintain version control; and take ownership of all components, including the creative elements, technical content, bios, and qualifications.
- Apply AI to accelerate content development, perform initial synthesis, and enhance consistency and quality across pursuit materials.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pursuit practices and help curate content for Pragyaa's proposal database and repository.
- Develop creative and informational graphics; provide overall quality control for all pursuit materials; apply brand and legal compliance standards to proposals and presentations.




- Help create persuasive written and visual messages that differentiate Pragyaa in proposals and oral presentations.
- Research services-specific content, qualifications, awards, and relationship capital to support differentiated client messaging, as well as internal and external biographies.
- Own the development of client-facing deliverables from content creation through layout and delivery, with accountability for clarity, flow, and message quality. Examples include meeting materials and basic proposalsand presentations. These deliverables may be developed from scratch or customized based on past or established materials.
- Take ownership of quality, maintaining a quality checklist to ensure 100% quality on all documents.
- Have the flexibility to work as an individual contributor, or as part of a broader team.
- Exercise professional judgment to balance speed, quality, and compliance across concurrent pursuits.

Qualifications

Required:

- 3–5 years of post-Master's degree experience in pursuit writing/management or content development
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn about a wide variety of topics
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Initiative and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Solid project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
