About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and End User Support professional to support infrastructure operations, IT transformation projects, and manufacturing plant environments. The role covers network administration, Windows/Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint security, disaster recovery, and EUC support. The candidate will work with global, regional, local IT teams, vendors, and application support teams.

The role involves supporting IT carve-out, transition, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives, including the deployment and upgrade of network infrastructure such as switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions. The resource will also provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and business applications.

The position includes managing incidents and service requests, user onboarding and offboarding, access management, IT asset inventory, software licenses, endpoint security, patch management, and antivirus compliance. The candidate will also participate in security audits and identify infrastructure and compliance risks.

In a manufacturing environment, the role will support shopfloor technologies including barcode scanners, label printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and access control systems.

Responsibilities also include disaster recovery testing, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation, reporting, and ensuring availability of critical production-related IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Support IT carve-out, transition, standardization, and digital transformation projects.
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.




- Provide EUC and end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and applications.
- Manage incidents, service requests, user access, onboarding/offboarding, assets, and software licenses.
- Support endpoint security, patch management, antivirus compliance, and IT security audits.
- Perform disaster recovery testing, backup verification, and recovery procedure validation.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, AMC/warranty renewals, vendors, service providers, and OEM support.
- Support manufacturing plant IT systems and maintain documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and operational reports.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support, with strong troubleshooting and network administration capabilities. Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is preferred, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with IT teams, vendors, and application support teams.
