- Coordinate spare parts requirements between 3 branches and ensure timely availability.

- Maintain proper stock levels and monitor daily stock movement.

- Prepare spare parts orders based on service and sales requirements.

- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for purchase, delivery, and follow-up.

- Handle DMS spare parts transactions, stock updates, and billing-related activities.

- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving spare parts and maintain adequate inventory.

- Ensure proper receiving, checking, storage, and issue of spare parts.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Branch Managers to fulfil requirements.

- Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with DMS records.

- Minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and pending orders.





- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly spare parts reports to management.

- Willingness to travel between the 3 assigned locations as required.
