Key Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet spa guests in a warm and professional manner.

- Consult with guests to understand their wellness needs, preferences, and treatment requirements.

- Perform professional massage treatments such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other hotel-approved therapies.

- Provide body treatments, scrubs, wraps, facials, and other spa services according to the hotel's menu and standards.

- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and after-care instructions to guests.

- Maintain guest privacy, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the treatment.

- Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and clean and sanitize them after each treatment.

- Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance at all times.

- Ensure that towels, linens, oils, creams,



and other treatment supplies are available and properly stored.

- Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

- Check spa equipment and report any damage or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

- Handle guest questions, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

- Recommend suitable treatments or wellness services based on guest requirements.

- Promote spa packages, products, and additional services when appropriate.

- Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences as required by hotel procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
