– Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

- Location: Noida
- Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Source materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and services as per business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/manufacturers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and monitor vendor performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of required materials.
- Ensure timely arrangement and availability of packaging and other procurement requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for orders, production status and on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with QC, Accounts, Production and other internal teams for procurement requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to quality, shortage, delays or incorrect materials.
- Conduct market research for new suppliers, products, materials and cost trends.




- Maintain procurement records, quotations, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
- Prepare regular procurement and vendor performance reports for management.
- Conduct vendor meetings, market visits and supplier audits as required.
- Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company processes and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement and purchase processes.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good market knowledge and commercial understanding.
- Robust communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and field visits when required.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Purchase, Vendor Management or Supply Chain.
- Experience in sourcing materials, packaging or finished goods will be preferred.
