Role

We are looking for a Product Sourcing Specialist to manage product research, supplier sourcing, negotiation, sampling, and import coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Find new and trending products with good market potential.

Source manufacturers from Alibaba, 1688, Made-in-China, Global Sources, etc.

Compare suppliers, prices, MOQ, quality, and production capacity.

Negotiate product prices, MOQ, payment terms, and lead times.

Coordinate samples, product improvements, and quality checks.

Calculate product landed cost and profit margins.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

Requirements





2–5 years of experience in product sourcing/procurement/import-export.

Experience sourcing from China is preferred.

Good knowledge of Alibaba and international supplier communication.

Understanding of EXW, FOB, CIF, MOQ, lead time, and shipping.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Ability to independently manage suppliers and sourcing projects.
