Role Description The Sourcing Manager – Real Estate will oversee end-to-end sourcing of residential and commercial properties within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and onboarding new developer and owner partners, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality inventory.

The role includes analyzing market trends and comparable property data, evaluating project feasibility, and coordinating site visits and property assessments.

The Sourcing

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align sourcing strategy with business goals,



optimize margins, and support new product launches. Regular reporting on sourcing performance, compliance with internal processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives to improve sourcing efficiency and partner experience are core components of the role.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in real estate sourcing, business development, or channel management within residential or commercial property markets.
- Solid negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with developers, brokers, and property owners.
- Ability to analyze market data, pricing trends, and project feasibility, with comfort using Excel or similar tools for reporting and evaluation.
- Working knowledge of real estate regulations, transaction processes, and local market dynamics in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present proposals and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with a track record of handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in proptech or tech-enabled real estate platforms is beneficial, along with openness to adopting new tools and digital workflows.
- Comfort working on-site across different locations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and conducting frequent field visits.
