and measurable business outcomes.  The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients, driving best-in-class RGM execution, providing functional thought leadership,

and partnering cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation:

- Lead end-to-end customer implementation of products
- Analyze customer workflows, enterprise customer data structures, and decisioning processes
- Map data fields, business rules, and end-to-end workflows to product modules and configuration frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, teams to ensure alignment on customer needs & delivery

Enable Customer Success:

- Business liaison to connect & align on roadmap, progress
- Drive Delivery & User Adoption across customers
- Use frameworks/prepare materials to synthesize at key milestones,



for senior leadership meetings.

Generate Insights & Actions:

- Review model results & provide sign off to data science
- Help business with scenario building & value articulation

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is a must.
- MBA or master's degree in management is highly preferred.

Experience:

- 5-8 years of industry experience.

Skills & Expertise:

Client Management

- Ability to translate client needs into actionable product development inputs & influence roadmap priorities
- Ability to conduct client workshops, drive training programs.

Core RGM

- Strong functional expertise on RGM levers (Pricing, PPA, Mix, Promotions,

Trade terms) incl. strong application in client context.

Problem Solving

- Creative thinker, Strategic thinking, able to build business frameworks,

Analytical, problem-solving & storytelling skills.

Communication

- Strong communication skills, able to translate data & models to intelligence & actionable insights for business.
- Able to drive the orchestration, development & deployment of the product within cross-functional teams seamlessly.

AI & Tech skills

- Strong expertise in Pricing, Promotion models with ability to generate insights & storyboards.
- Strong understanding of data models, APIs, integrations & structured data formats. Deep understanding of POS, Finance, Promo calendar data in

CPG, Retail.
