Ab We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Solution Architect with 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The candidate should have strong experience in Core HR and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) as primary modules, along with hands-on experience in at least two other HCM modules, including Absence, Talent, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning, Compensation, or Payroll.

The role will involve understanding business requirements, designing HCM solutions, working with clients and technical teams, and supporting implementations end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion HCM, with at least 2 implementation projects.
- Solid hands-on experience in Core HR and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- Experience in at least two of the following secondary HCM modules:

Absence

Talent

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

Oracle Learning

Compensation

Payroll

- Gather requirements and design solutions based on Oracle HCM best practices.
- Identify functional gaps and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support the implementation lifecycle,



including configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live.
- Good understanding of HCM business processes and cross-module dependencies.
- Experience with Fast Formula, especially for OTL and other relevant HCM modules.
- Work with technical and integration teams on HCM integrations and testing.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL, OTBI Reports, and personalization.
- Prepare and review functional/solution design documents.
- Must have good client-facing and communication skills.
- Provide functional guidance to the team when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s or master s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong Oracle HCM functional and solution design experience.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.
