We are looking for a Solar Service & O&M; Engineer with hands-on experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar projects to support site-level technical issues, OEM coordination, and service activities.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably with hands-on experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) projects.
- Strong communication skills to effectively handle inbound and outbound calls with OEM service engineers and technical teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as and when required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of solar system fault codes, installation standards, and electrical tools.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of technical issues at project sites.
- Solid sense of punctuality, responsibility, and follow-through is essential.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between customers, site teams, OEMs, and internal teams.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who are technically sound, responsive, comfortable with field visits, and capable of taking ownership of service-related issues will be preferred.
