A leading artificial intelligence firm is currently seeking dedicated Quality Managers to join their operations teams in Pune and Bangalore. This role is designed for recent engineering graduates and early-career professionals who possess a strong foundation in testing methodologies and excellent bilingual communication skills. The position offers a critical prospect to contribute to product quality assurance within a dynamic environment, focusing on both manual and automated testing processes, with a specific emphasis on voice AI technologies.

Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive manual and automation testing procedures to ensure product reliability.
- Conduct specialized testing for voice assistants and voice AI applications.
- Perform automobile-related testing tasks where applicable.
- Apply analytical thinking to identify defects and drive quality improvements.




- Utilize strong Hindi and English communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a quality-centric mindset throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree with a graduation year of 2026.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant work experience.
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory strong command of Hindi; good proficiency in English is also required.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability in manual testing and automation testing.
- Preferred Expertise: Prior experience or knowledge in automobile testing is highly advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Proven analytical abilities and a dedicated approach to quality assurance.
