Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, production-ready software applications.

- Build frontend, backend, or full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and/or Golang.

- Design and develop REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.

- Build reliable distributed systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and documentation.

- Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, debugging, and documentation.

- Develop and integrate AI-powered features, workflows, and intelligent automation into applications.

- Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and machine learning services while ensuring security, monitoring, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

- 3-6 years of professional software development experience.

- Robust proficiency in at least one of React.js, Node.js, Golang.

- Experience building applications using Microservices or Distributed System Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, or event-driven systems.

- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.).

- Experience developing AI-enabled applications,

- LLM integrations
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agents
- AI workflow automation.

- Good understanding of software engineering principles, testing, debugging, version control (Git), and CI/CD.

- Ability to independently own features from design through deployment.

- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native deployments.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/event-streaming platforms.

- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.

- Understanding of distributed systems concepts including scalability, fault tolerance, and concurrency.

- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, or AI model evaluation.

- Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, and cost optimization.

- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical portfolio are a plus.
