We are creating an AI-native platform that helps engineering teams execute the software delivery lifecycle with speed, quality, and control - from planning and implementation to testing, release, governance, and production feedback.

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer II who can work across the frontend and backend, take ownership of features end to end, and build scalable, production-ready applications in a fast-moving AI-first environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and ship scalable full-stack applications and production-ready features.
- Build responsive, high-performance frontend experiences and reliable backend services.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, third-party services, and AI-powered capabilities.
- Work across the entire development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, Backend, and Platform Engineering teams.
- Build reusable frontend components and maintain scalable application architecture.
- Improve application performance, reliability, security, and overall user experience.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and technical decision-making.
- Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployments, observability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving team engineering standards.
- Stay current with contemporary web, cloud, AI, and software engineering technologies.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong experience building and shipping production-grade web applications.
- Ability to work confidently across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging,



and analytical skills.
- Experience taking ownership of features from concept to production.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to mentor and support other engineers.
- Interest in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering.

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend performance.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of system design, asynchronous processing, caching, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with observability, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, or AI agents is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern developer workflows is desirable.
