On-Site A Software Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. The role involves working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver effective, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Software Design

Create system architecture, algorithms, and flowcharts for applications.

Coding

Write clean, efficient, and testable code using languages like Java, Python, or C++. Testing & Debugging Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure functionality and performance.

Deployment

Work with IT teams to release applications across platforms.

Maintenance

Troubleshoot, optimize, and update software as per evolving requirements.

Documentation

Prepare technical documentation for future reference and scalability.





Required Skills Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with version control systems (Git). Understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL). Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 13 years of professional experience in software development. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern frameworks.
