About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Development Instructor with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching. The role involves creating and delivering high-quality technical learning content, mentoring learners, and developing curriculum for Generative AI and software development programs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable explaining complex technical concepts in a simple, beginner-friendly manner and have experience delivering technical lectures or recording educational video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop curriculum, learning modules, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Create and record high-quality technical video lectures.
- Teach and explain programming and software development concepts in a explicit and engaging manner.
- Develop learning content for Generative AI and modern software development.
- Work with curriculum and content teams to structure and improve learning modules.
- Ensure technical content is accurate, practical, and industry-relevant.
- Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and performance.
- Mentor learners and support their technical learning journey.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI tools, and software development practices.
- Deliver technical sessions in online/offline learning environments as required.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical training, teaching,



technical content creation, or recording technical video content.
- Strong knowledge of:

- MERN Stack
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- OOP
- DBMS
- Generative AI
- AI/ML
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable with on-camera video recording.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping learners succeed.

- Experience with technical content creation and curriculum development.
