About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, curious and ambitious fresher to join our team and work across social media, content, branding and brand growth .

This isn’t just a role where you’ll be asked to post on Instagram. You’ll get hands-on experience in building brands, developing creative ideas, creating content, supporting marketing campaigns and exploring how brands can grow across different platforms and touchpoints .

From social media and digital content to campaigns, brand activations and corporate projects, you’ll be involved in bringing ideas to life from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow social media profiles across Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Plan and create fresh, engaging content every week
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, Stories, posts, campaigns and digital platforms
- Contribute to brand building and brand positioning
- Understand different brands, their audiences and what makes them stand out
- Assist with content shoots, creative planning and campaign execution
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, sounds and emerging content styles
- Create simple creatives and layouts using Canva and AI




- Help build and maintain content calendars and campaign plans
- Explore ideas for brand growth across multiple platforms and channels
- Assist with marketing campaigns, brand activations and corporate activations
- Coordinate with the team to take ideas from concept → content → execution
- Track basic performance and understand what content and campaigns are working
- Bring new ideas, references and creative inspiration to the table

What We’re Looking For
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in social media, branding, content and marketing
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and digital content
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Basic Canva skills are required
- Good communication and writing skills
- Curious about how brands grow, not just how they look online
- Someone who enjoys coming up with ideas and experimenting
- Proactive, organised and willing to learn
- Comfortable working across different brands, industries and types of projects
- Ability to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions
- Available to join immediately
