About the Role: We are expanding our global growth team and looking for articulate, ambitious communicators to engage high-ticket prospects on social media, qualify leads, and schedule strategy calls for clients across the US, UK, and Europe.

There is ZERO cold calling involved. This is a 100% direct-messaging (DM) and chat-based sales qualification role.

Key Details:

- Role: Social Media Sales Executive / DM Setter / Appointment Setter
- Type: Full-Time, Remote (40 hours/week)
- Shift: Regular IST (Flexible working hours)
- Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Base + High Performance Commissions (Realistic earning potential: ₹25,000–₹50,000+/month based on booked calls)
- Language: English (Fluent written & spoken required)

What You’ll Do:

- Chat with Leads in Instagram DMs: Respond to comments, story replies, and warm followers to turn general interest into real conversations.
- Ask the Right Questions: Use short, natural questions to understand what the prospect needs and see if our service is a positive fit.
- Book Strategy Calls: Share our booking link with qualified leads and get them scheduled onto our sales team's calendar.
- Track Your Chats:



Update lead stages in a simple CRM sheet and follow up with people who haven't replied yet.

What We Look For:

- Exceptional written English and near-native conversational clarity.
- Basic understanding of Digital marketing, sales and cold/warm leads.
