We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, paid campaigns, lead generation, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads .
- Generate quality leads through paid and organic marketing activities.
- Create engaging posts, creatives, carousels, reels, and ad content.
- Handle content creation and basic designing using Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools .
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for better results.




- Develop content calendars and stay updated with digital marketing trends.
- Coordinate with sales/business development teams for lead generation.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, paid campaigns, and social media strategy.
- Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Experience in an IT/software company or digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Candidate must be comfortable working from office in Gurgaon.
