The ideal candidate should:
- Have 1+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns , particularly lead generation ads .
- Be skilled in Facebook Pixel setup, tracking , and troubleshooting .
- Understand audience targeting , campaign optimization , and performance analysis .
- Have experience working with ad creatives and copy to improve campaign effectiveness .
- Be comfortable working with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager .
- Have a data-driven approach to ad performance and be able to provide insights for improvement.
