Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with content calendars, coordinating basic visual assets, monitoring trends, and engaging with online communities to strengthen brand presence. The intern will help track performance metrics, compile reports, and collaborate with the marketing team on digital initiatives and brainstorming sessions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment and exposure to end-to-end campaign execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including an understanding of major platforms and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including basic knowledge of campaigns, branding, and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva), analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in storytelling and brand building.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.
