Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Corporate Communication Intern to support our social media presence, internal communication, and corporate branding initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to social media management, content creation, communication, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's social media platforms.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in writing captions, posts, announcements, and corporate communication content.
- Support the planning and execution of social media content calendars.
- Research trending topics, content ideas, and industry updates.
- Assist with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment-related social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and other teams for communication requirements.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics.
- Maintain content trackers and prepare basic social media reports.




- Assist in coordinating creative requirements such as graphics, videos, and other visual content.
- Ensure communication is professional, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand image.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
