We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Head who can take complete ownership of social media strategy, campaigns, performance, client handling, and team leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of strong experience in Social Media Marketing
- Excellent and fluent English communication skills
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Confident, qualified, and well-presented personality
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and paid social media campaigns
- Excellent understanding of campaign planning, targeting, optimization, and retargeting
- Strong knowledge of social media and advertising metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Engagement Rate, Reach, Impressions, and Conversions
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Experience in team management and client handling




- Strong understanding of both organic and paid social media strategies
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Social Media Marketing team
- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients
- Plan, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and improve results
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews
- Prepare performance reports and strategic insights
- Coordinate with Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams
- Drive measurable growth and results for clients
