Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness for Valion, PropCare, and myfollo.

Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, creating and editing posts, coordinating visual assets, and ensuring consistent brand voice.



The role involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting audience and competitor analysis, and refining strategies based on data insights.

The Social Media

Manager will collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to support lead generation, engagement initiatives, and key product or service launches.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools and basic knowledge of paid social campaigns.
- Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably in real estate, financial services, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
