Can you make ad budgets work harder?
Bheard is hiring a Performance Marketer.
We’re looking for someone who lives comfortably inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — someone who doesn’t just launch campaigns, but knows how to read the numbers, spot what’s working, fix what isn’t, and keep pushing performance.
You’ll also be the person who can talk to the client, understand the brief, present the numbers, manage expectations and make things happen.
What you’ll be doing
→ Plan, launch & optimize Meta and Google campaigns
→ Manage budgets, audiences, targeting & performance
→ Analyze data and turn it into actionable insights
→ Track KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance
→ Build reports and present performance to clients
→ Work closely with the creative, strategy & account teams
→ Own client accounts and keep communication sharp
What we’re looking for
2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads is the must-have.
Beyond that, we want someone who is:
- ? Data-driven and curious
- ? A solid communicator
- ? Comfortable dealing with clients
- ⚡ Proactive and takes ownership
- ? Focused on outcomes
