NTrue Hope Foundation is acrowdfunding and social-impact organisation dedicated to supporting NGOs, medical emergencies, animal welfare initiatives, disaster-relief operations, temples, old-age homes, and individuals facing difficult circumstances.
NWe are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can strengthen our digital presence, communicate powerful human-interest stories, and develop content that inspires people to support meaningful causes.
NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the organisation's fundraising and awareness objectives.
N
- Manage True Hope Foundation's presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
N
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars for campaigns, festivals, fundraising appeals, rescue stories, and impact updates.
N
- Write engaging captions, campaign stories, video scripts, donor messages, and social media copy.
N
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, photographers, NGO partners, influencers, and the performance marketing team.
N
- Identify emotional and impactful stories that can be converted into high-performing social media content.
N
- Plan and execute reels,short videos, stories, carousels, live sessions, and community-engagement activities.
N
- Monitor comments, messages, campaign responses, and online conversations while ensuring timely and professional communication.
N
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, leads, and donations.
N
- Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on platform insights and audience behaviour.
N
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, viral formats, and content opportunities.
N
- Maintain consistent brand language, visual identity, accuracy,
and sensitivity across all communications.
N
- Manage multiple fundraising campaigns and urgent content requirements simultaneously.
N
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
N
nRequired Skills and Qualifications
N

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management.
N
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
N
- Robust understanding ofInstagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
N
- Excellent English and Hindi writing and communication skills.
N
- Proven experience in content strategy, storytelling, copywriting, and community management.
N
- Ability to write emotionally compelling yet responsible fundraising content.
N
- Strong understanding ofsocial media analytics and performance metrics.
N
- Experience in managing content calendars and coordinating with creative teams.
N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent campaigns.
N
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding facts, names, donation appeals, and sensitive stories.

nPreferred Experience

- Experience working with an NGO, crowdfunding platform, social-impact organisation, healthcare campaign, or animal-welfare organisation.

- Experience in influencer collaborations and paid-partnership content.

- Basic knowledge of MetaAds, YouTube optimisation, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.

- Experience managing a team or coordinating with video editors, graphic designers, and content writers.
N
- A portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, audience growth, and high-performing content.
