Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting Stayin's online presence across major social media platforms. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, involving daily collaboration with the marketing team. Day-to-day tasks include planning and publishing social media posts, assisting in content creation (short videos), engaging with followers, handling stories, outreaching with brands.

The intern will help track social media performance, gather insights on audience behavior, and contribute ideas for campaigns that promote rentals, PGs, and city happenings.



Additional responsibilities may include basic research on market trends, coordinating with internal teams for content inputs, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting and campaign execution.

Strong Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.

- Able to outreach, negotiate and close deals with brands
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and comfort working with performance metrics.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
