Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Chennai.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across major social platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role includes managing daily posting calendars, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content performance through analytics and insights.

Manager will collaborate with design, content, and account teams to develop campaigns, run social media promotions and ads, and maintain consistent brand presence.



Additional responsibilities include staying updated on platform trends, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with a focus on clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving client needs and platform trends.
