SUPERPETS is a veterinary multi-speciality LLP based in Khar West, Mumbai, offering comprehensive pet healthcare services. We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to build our digital presence and connect with pet parents across Mumbai and beyond.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Social Media Manager to own SUPERPETS' online voice — creating engaging content, growing our community, and positioning us as a trusted name in pet healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Produce and edit photos/reels/videos featuring hospital activities, pet care tips, staff, and patient stories (with owner consent)
- Write engaging captions, stories, and posts that reflect the brand's warm, qualified tone
- Manage day-to-day community engagement — responding to comments, DMs, and reviews
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Coordinate with veterinarians and staff to source content ideas and educational material
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns to drive appointment bookings and brand awareness
- Stay current on pet-industry trends,



viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
- Collaborate on collateral for offers, events, and health camps
- Monitor and manage online reputation (Google reviews, social mentions)

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Strong content creation skills — shooting and editing photos/videos on mobile (Reels/Instagram-first mindset)
- Excellent written communication and a good eye for visual storytelling
- Familiarity with Instagram/Meta Business Suite, basic analytics, and scheduling tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Comfortable working around animals and in a clinical/hospital environment
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
- Passion for pets/animal welfare is a strong plus

Nice to Have

- Experience with a healthcare, veterinary, or pet-industry brand
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads Manager)
- Photography/videography skills beyond mobile content
