Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing and growing Retvens Services’ presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, developing content calendars, creating and publishing engaging posts, and optimizing profiles and content for maximum reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring analytics, reporting on performance, and refining strategies based on data and industry trends.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social content with marketing and brand objectives and will actively engage with online communities to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and increase visibility across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and execute effective social media content and calendars.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic digital marketing concepts to measure performance and optimize results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tech start-ups, is an advantage.
