Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and growing clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media strategies, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for engagement and reach.

The role involves collaborating with content creators and designers, engaging with online communities, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.

Manager will also coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to engage audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and refine compelling social media content.
- Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in digital marketing, familiarity with social media analytics tools, and knowledge of current platform trends are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with the ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple projects, is preferred.
