About the Role

Nexgen360Digital is looking for a creative and results-driven SMM Executive to join our on-site team in Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, digital marketing, content, and audience engagement, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and manage engaging social media content.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce social media content.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and overall performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility.
- Stay updated with social media algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Previous experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing is preferred (Freshers with strong social media knowledge may also apply).
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
- Strong communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other social media management tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
