Role Description:

- The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and growing Neutec’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, developing content calendars, and creating engaging posts that communicate Neutec’s services, expertise, and brand voice.
- The Social Media Manager will monitor channels daily, respond to audience interactions, and work closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging with marketing and business objectives.




- Key tasks include optimizing social media performance, tracking and reporting on metrics, experimenting with new formats and trends, and ensuring consistent, professional communication across all platforms.
- The role also includes collaborating with design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence on major platforms.
- Content strategy and writing skills to plan, create, and adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear, professional written and verbal communication with internal teams and external audiences.
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics, use insights to improve campaigns, and report results in a structured way.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic graphic or video content collaboration (e.g., working with designers or using easy editing tools like Canva).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or engineering/technology services marketing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Ahmedabad.
