We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to translate our luxurious brand identity into compelling digital stories.

Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager based in Dehradun, you will own the digital presence of Virajya Luxury Salon across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You will be responsible for creating high-aesthetic visual content, managing our online community, and executing digital campaigns that elevate our brand prestige, drive local bookings, and showcase our pan-India standards.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Aesthetics : Shoot, edit, and curate stunning, high-resolution photography, Reels, and videos showcasing our luxury hair transformations, bridal styling, skin treatments, and sophisticated salon ambiance.

Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with luxury beauty trends, festive seasons, and pan-India brand campaigns.

Community Engagement: Act as the digital voice of Virajya—promptly responding to DMs and comments, nurturing client relationships, and fostering an engaged community.





Paid Social & Growth : Collaborate with management to run targeted social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to drive local footfall and luxury service bookings in Dehradun.

Influencer Relations : Coordinate with regional lifestyle and beauty influencers, bloggers, and VIP clients for collaborations and brand partnerships.

Analytics & Reporting : Track key performance indicators (engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversion to bookings) and present monthly growth insights.

What We Are Looking For

Experience : 3+ years of proven experience managing social media for luxury, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or beauty brands.

Creative Eye : Exceptional aesthetic sense with a robust portfolio demonstrating high-end photography, videography, and graphic design skills (proficiency in Canva, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).

Trend Mastery: Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, trending audio, and content formats (specifically Instagram Reels).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a tone that reflects luxury, elegance, and warmth.

Location: Based in or willing to work on-site in Dehradun, with a strong grasp of the local premium market.
