Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (we'll need you in Mumbai / Pune) for a Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for (this isn't an exhaustive list, but we're sensible enough to understand the realistic bounds of your role) -

- Driving, shooting, and creating social media content (will require you to appear in photos/videos)
- Creating and implementing social media marketing strategies
- Translating these strategies into executable action plans
- Managing relevant social media accounts across platforms (such as IG, FB, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc)
- Optimizing social media presence through content strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Identifying emerging/upcoming trends and executing them for us/our brand partners
- Coordinating with Client Servicing & Execution teams (copy, design, etc) to get relevant collaterals aligned.
- Identifying brand partners, influencers & creators to form alliances with for the brands we handle, running effective communications, formalizing deals, and ensuring successful execution.
- Analyzing growth of social media accounts and periodic reporting on the key metrics.




- Creating concepts and writing copy & content as needed for communications to be put out by the brands we handle.
- Running the day-to-day operations & communications of the social media accounts for the brands we handle.
- Identifying & leveraging growth opportunities.
- Conceptualizing & executing social media events, giveaways, etc.
- Strategizing & executing of plans to result in sales/conversions for the brands we handle as a result of the work we do on social media channels.
- Participate in events to interact with consumers, run activities, and create content.

Qualifications / Requirements -

- 1+ years of prior experience handling Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy
- Ability to present in front of the camera
- Excellent communication and content/copywriting skills
- Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses
- Ability to analyze data and optimize social media presence
- Ability to identify smol details and act upon them.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
- Formal education : A graduation in any field is a must

Nature of Role & Travel : Hybrid.

- The team periodically meets to collaborate on work. On the rest of the days, it's WFH.
- As & when needed, you'd be required to report to the GAM office/client offices/event locations to work alongside GAM internal team, client teams, and external partners.
