We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our digital presence. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for end-to-end content production—scripting, filming, editing, and publishing—while also executing strategy, managing community engagement, and tracking performance metrics across all social platforms.

​Key Responsibilities

​Content Creation & Production

- ​Short-Form Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit engaging reels, shorts, and TikToks optimized for high engagement and retention.
- ​Graphic & Visual Design: Design eye-catching static posts, carousels, stories, and thumbnails using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- ​Copywriting: Draft compelling captions, hooks, and call-to-actions (CTAs) tailored to specific platform tones and audiences.
- ​Trend Monitoring: Spot real-time social trends, audio cues, meme formats, and viral opportunities to adapt quickly for the brand.

​Strategy & Management

- ​Content Calendar: Plan, maintain, and execute a monthly content schedule across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- ​Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs,



and reviews to foster community growth and build audience relationships.
- ​Analytics & Reporting: Track weekly and monthly KPIs (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, conversion) and refine strategy based on data insights.
- ​Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets, tone, and messages align strictly with brand identity guidelines.

​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and visual content creation.
- ​Portfolio: A portfolio or portfolio links demonstrating short-form video creation, graphic assets, and copywriting examples.
- ​Software Skills:
- ​Editing: Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- ​Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- ​Social Tools: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- ​Mobile Shooting: Proficient with smartphone camera operation, lighting, audio equipment, and on-camera presenting (if required).
- ​Skills: Excellent communication, robust organizational abilities, and deep knowledge of platform algorithms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
