About The Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Social Media Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our social media channels for Drishti School & CUET.The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools for content creation and research, while also bringing their own creative thinking to the table. This role is not limited to execution—you should be able to spot content opportunities, suggest fresh formats, and contribute ideas that can improve audience engagement and channel performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day management and operations of social media channels.
- Assist with content ideation across formats such as videos, posts, shorts/reels, and other social content.
- Use AI tools for content generation, research, editing assistance, brainstorming, and workflow optimisation.
- Assist with publishing and scheduling content across relevant platforms.
- Support the creation and optimisation of titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails, and other publishing elements.
- Track basic content and channel performance and help maintain performance reports/trackers.
- Identify content trends, formats, and opportunities relevant to the education/CUET audience.
- Come up with fresh content ideas and creative formats, rather than simply executing predefined instructions.




- Work closely with the reporting manager and content team to improve the consistency and effectiveness of channel output.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools, particularly for:
- Content generation
- Research
- Brainstorming and ideation
- Editing assistance
- Improving content workflows
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to independently generate fresh content ideas and formats.
- Good understanding of social media content and audience behaviour.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Positive to Have Prior Exposure To YouTube Or Social Media Operations, Including

- Uploading and scheduling content
- Creating or optimising thumbnails
- Writing titles and descriptions
- Basic channel/content analytics
- Understanding of content performance and engagement metrics

What We're Looking For This role is best suited for someone who is curious, creative, proactive, and excited about using AI to work smarter. You should be someone who doesn't just ask “What do I need to execute?” but also thinks “What should we create next, and how can we make it better?”

Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant internship/project experience may apply.
