Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on social media growth for PPStack.

The Social Media

Growth skilled will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and publishing content tailored to various channels, managing content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The role involves collaborating with marketing, content,



and product teams to align messaging with key EdTech, career, and digital services, as well as engaging with online communities, responding to inquiries, and supporting digital campaigns and launches.

The individual will also track trends in social media and EdTech, propose growth experiments, and report on outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience growing audiences across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
- Familiarity with EdTech, online learning, or career development domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
