Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media & Ground Reporting Intern role based in Noida. The intern will assist in ideating, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms, aligned with Newsbite.in’s editorial voice and audience engagement goals.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring trending news, supporting live coverage, gathering information on the ground under guidance, and preparing concise updates or visual content. The intern will help manage community interactions, track performance metrics, and collaborate with editorial and digital marketing teams to amplify key stories.



This role offers hands-on experience in digital news, social media, and field reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support platform growth and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, news-focused posts and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication for digital and ground reporting.
- Basic understanding of news, current affairs, and social media trends; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfort with on-ground reporting, including field visits in Noida and nearby areas, and basic proficiency in using smartphones and social media tools.
- Education in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; prior internship or project experience in news or content creation is an advantage.
