Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with prior experience in social media management and content creation. If you have a passion for social media, a flair for creative storytelling, and a strong eye for photography, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and succeed in a dynamic, creative environment. Content creation is at the core of this role, requiring the ability to craft engaging, visually compelling content for our social media platforms, with photography playing a crucial role.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging, visually appealing, and platform-specific content.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.

Content Creation:

- Produce high-quality visuals, including photography, videos, and graphics, ensuring strong aesthetic appeal.
- Capture and curate original photo content aligned with brand identity and current trends.




- Craft compelling captions and posts to engage the target audience.
- Focus on creating innovative and engaging content to drive user interaction and growth across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and visual storytelling techniques.

Online Lead Generation:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights for optimization.
- Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media and search engines, working independently to achieve targeted results.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Measure success using key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the team.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance content performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management.
- Strong photography skills (mandatory) with an eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A passion for weddings, aesthetics, and creative storytelling is a bonus.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
