WE’RE HIRING | Social Media Content & Growth Intern

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy and analytical intern to help grow our social media presence, primarily on Instagram.

? Roles & Responsibilities

- Research trends, memes, creators and viral content to identify new opportunities.
- Brainstorm and develop engaging Reels, posts and content ideas.
- Create and edit content using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop and AI tools.
- Identify trending audios, formats and Indian/Hinglish content trends.
- Manage content publishing, captions, hashtags and posting schedules.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments and page performance.
- Track reach, views, shares, saves, engagement and follower growth.
- Analyse what works and continuously test, learn and optimise content.
- Conduct a simple weekly review: What worked → What didn’t → What’s next.





? What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels.
- Positive sense of memes, trends, humour and content that people share.
- Good Hindi/Hinglish communication and short-form copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/CapCut or similar tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Freshers are welcome! Personal projects, meme pages or college/creator accounts are a plus.

Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
