Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to support brand awareness and campaign objectives. This full-time, in office role in Solapur includes developing content calendars, producing graphics and short-form videos, writing captions, and optimizing posts based on performance metrics.





The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams to align content with overall campaign strategies and client goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form, Reel creation and video production.
- Experience in social media management and scheduling tools, with the ability to plan and execute consistent content calendars.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, engagement strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced agency environments.
