About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Social Media Content Creator & Writer who can take an idea from concept to execution — researching, writing, presenting, and creating engaging content for social media.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing but is also comfortable speaking in front of a camera, presenting ideas, and creating short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You will work closely with our digital marketing team to develop content that educates, engages, and generates interest in our clients' brands and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and develop creative content ideas for social media
- Write scripts for Reels, short-form videos, YouTube Shorts and other social content
- Present and deliver content confidently in front of the camera
- Create educational, informative, entertaining, and promotional content
- Develop content calendars and social media campaigns
- Write captions, hooks, headlines and calls-to-action
- Adapt content and tone for different brands, industries and target audiences
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds and content styles relevant to different platforms
- Collaborate with designers, video editors and digital marketing team members
- Participate in video shoots and help plan the content, script, and presentation
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for social media
- Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve future content
- Keep up with current social media trends and emerging content formats
- Use AI tools effectively for research, brainstorming, and content development while maintaining originality and quality





What we are looking for:

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Good understanding of social media platforms and short-form content
- Ability to write engaging scripts rather than just informational articles
- Ability to understand a target audience and create content that connects with them
- Positive research skills
- Strong command of grammar and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to experiment with different content formats and ideas

Good to have:

- Previous experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar content
- Experience as a content creator, presenter, social media executive, copywriter or video host
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with Canva or similar creative tools
- Basic understanding of video editing
- Experience managing social media pages
- Familiarity with Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, or similar platforms
- Experience creating content for businesses or brands
