Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, Haryana. This role involves planning and creating engaging social media content tailored to authors, books, and publishing services across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

The Social Media

Associate will support daily posting, community management, and audience engagement, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role includes collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand goals, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on analytics.

Associate will also stay current with trends in book marketing, social media best practices, and platform updates to help HubHawks maintain a strong and relevant online presence. They will also do influencer marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, with experience managing and growing online communities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing, including the ability to craft engaging, audience-appropriate posts and captions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and engage with external audiences.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with the book publishing or marketing industry and an interest in literature or storytelling.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and an understanding of how to interpret performance data.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Gurugram, Haryana, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
